This interview is required for all Certificated K-8 applicants applying for the 2017-2018 school year. Any pre-screening interview you may have done in prior years is no longer valid.  Please call Lisa at 208-664-8241 x1031 to schedule your interview or with any questions. 

In-district applicants are defined as "currently employed as a certificated employee on a state-approved contract." In order to view external and internal (open to district staff only) positions, all certified in-district applicants should use the "FastTrack Open Positions" tab in Skyward, to search for jobs.
If you are an in-district applicant wishing to apply, you need only submit a letter of interest and updated resume by the closing time.  This can be done by creating a profile through Skyward Employee Access/FastTrack OR simply submitting the hard copies to Human Resources.


Certificated job listings generally require teacher credentials or another certificate. Classified job listings have no such requirement.

  • Certificated employees include teachers (full-time and substitutes), speech therapists, school psychologists, nurses, and similar classifications. Coaching positions, while not certificated, are also included in this listing. 

  • Classified employees include bus drivers, nutrition services assistants, classroom assistants (i.e. Title/Remediation, Special and General Ed), School Plus staff, clerical staff, custodians, accounting personnel and similar classifications.

  • We also have management, confidential and professional administrative employees. Some of these positions are Certificated and some are Classified.  They include Managers, Directors, Coordinators, Specialists, etc.
