A little about me:
This is my 7th year teaching Kindergarten in the Coeur d' Alene School District. For the past 6 years I have taught at Bryan Elementary and this year I've joined the Winton family ♥ I cannot be more blessed to be spending this year with your child. Kindergarten has been my dream grade from the moment I stepped into my own kindergarten classroom all those years ago. They say that a great teacher has the ability to leave a lifelong impression and I can attest to this. My love of teaching began from the age of 5 with my very first teacher.
I have a wonderful husband named Jonthan who is an architectural drafter working at a firm in Spokane, Washington. Together we have been married for 18 years. We have 2 amazing children who are both students in the district. My son Noah is 17 and attends Lake City High School and my daughter Lauren is 12 and attends Lakes Middle school.
When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family, crafting, going to the movies, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of North Idaho.
I attended Elementary school in Vermont, part of Middle and High School in various parts of Colorado, and then graduated in Idaho from Timberlake High School in 2003. I received my Associates of Elementary Education from North Idaho College followed by my Bachelor's in Education from Lewis-Clark State College in 2015. In addition to my Bachelor's degree, I also hold endorsements in Special Education and Literacy.
