Knowing if an email is from a trusted source is key to keeping your own and everyone else's data safe. Making sure that an email is from someone you know and that they are sending you safe files takes a little bit of knowledge and paying attention to certain details in each email.
Reminder: The district technicians or anyone else in the technology department will NEVER ask for your username, password, or any other private details over an email. If you get any message asking for specific details about your account and other private information, mark the message as spam and delete the email.
