Master Articles 2022-2023

The Master Articles of Agreement [Master of Agreement 2022-2023] or view below] is a collective bargaining agreement between the Coeur d'Alene Education Association, the Coeur d'Alene Board of Trustees, and the school district which establishes the terms and conditions of employment for all teachers in our district for a set school year.
Items included in Master Articles through a negotiation each year include, but are not limited to: available leave, work day definitions, complaint procedures, professional development, discipline/dismissal, salaries, promotions and assignments, and more.
