Teaching Digital Citizenship

  • Description

Results from the fall 2013 Clarity survey showed a clear need for staff and students to learn about and practice digital citizenship. Our students must learn to use technology safely and ethically, respect fellow students' privacy, protect themselves and their information, and learn digital literacy. Evaluating electronic information is an important skill that students must learn, and aligns with the Idaho Core. In addition,  Teachers and administrators will benefit from learning more about the nine elements of digital citizenship, and how we can help our secondary students become good digital citizens.
