Eric is a Human Resource professional with experience in both educational and private-sector settings.

Eric worked as Development Director for a private charter school for 9 years, and for 12 years worked as Employee Relations Manager for a large agribusiness in California’s Central Valley. Eric also co-owns a company that broadcasts local high school football and college baseball/basketball games with play-by-play commentary over an Internet radio station.

Eric has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  

Assistant Director of Human Resources

Lisa assists the Director of Human Resources in all personnel matters. Please contact Lisa for any questions regarding certified contracts, alternate authorizations or credits/salary schedules. In addition, Lisa works on District State Reporting (ISEE) as well as overseeing the recruiting and hiring process. She works closely with Departments and Building Staff to provide accurate information regarding all staff inquiries.

Human Resource Assistant

Josie manages all classified hiring, coordinates job fairs, background checks, fingerprinting, volunteer applications, and assists with HR tasks. In addition, you can contact Josie with questions about SafeSchools training.

Ronnie manages Certified staff records, Workers Compensation and assists with HR tasks. Ronnie is your contact for any questions regarding work-related injuries.
