SUPPLEMENTAL LEVY (passes with approval over 50%)
This would replace the 2-year supplemental levy expiring next year. The levy provides one-quarter of our annual operating funds, and pays for employee costs, textbooks and classroom supplies, student computers, extracurricular activities, safety personnel, student transportation, custodial services, and more.
Amount: $25 Million for two years.

LEVY RATE: The estimated average annual cost to the property taxpayer is $95.21 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value, per year, based on current conditions. (This is about 95 cents per $1,000.)
The proposed supplemental levy replaces an existing two-year supplemental levy that expires on June 30, 2023, and that currently costs $76.17 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value. If the proposed supplemental levy is approved, the tax is expected to increase by $19.04 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value for the first year, or 19 cents per $1,000.
