Coeur d’Alene Public Schools introduces CdA eSchool an optional online school for enrolled students in kindergarten through high school. CdA eSchool will be a learning program for families wanting an alternative to traditional classroom instruction. Click here to view the eSchool program flyer.
This stand-alone school offers rigorous K-12 instruction in all core content areas and basic electives, presented in a fully online format. Educators from the Coeur d’Alene School District serve as the teachers for the online program. The occasional class may be offered through the Idaho Digital Learning Alliance or a similar vendor. The District provides each student with a Chromebook to support their online learning.
Seniors and Graduation: A few families have asked us if seniors in eSchool this year will still participate in graduation ceremonies with their classmates at their home school (Coeur d’Alene High, Lake City High or Venture High). The answer is yes, we do want to make sure they keep that connection to their friends and peers and have that opportunity to be part of all commencement activities at the end of this year.
