Welcome to Dalton Elementary! My name is Jill Higgins. I am currently teaching 1st grade. For the past 23 years, I have taught multiple grade levels in multiple locations: Japan, North Carolina, California, Washington and Idaho. My husband was in the military for 20 years and retired 10 years ago, and I fortunately got to travel and teach wherever we were stationed. This will be my 7th year here at Dalton Elementary, one of my favorite schools and places.
