Welcome to Lakes!

My name is Stacey Doerr. This is my 22nd year with the CDA School District. I am so excited I am teaching ELA & Spanish & online world cultures. I've taught multiple subjects at Lakes Middle School including the following: English Language Arts (ELA), World Cultures, Spanish, Student Forum, and PhotoShop. I earned my M.i.T. from City University in Seattle, my B.A. from California State University Northridge, and my A.A. from Moorpark College. My teaching career started in Vancouver, WA back in '98. When I'm not at school I can be found playing with my 2 golden pups.

My happy place is on the water with my toes in the sand or cruising the lake. I like landscaping and gardening. My own children attended Lakes. I am so excited to learn and be part of your student's journey! I am fortunate to work with a very talented team of educators, you, and your student.
