For the 13th consecutive year, the Coeur d’Alene School District has earned a “What Parents Want” designation from SchoolMatch.

SchoolMatch is an independent, nationwide service that maintains information on every public school system and helps corporate employee families find schools that match the needs of their children. Each year, the Ohio-based firm recognizes 16 percent of the nation’s 15,571 public school systems for meeting the needs of families choosing schools.

SchoolMatch compiled more than 95,000 parent questionnaires to learn what qualities parents look for in a school system. The service is an employee benefit for more than 600 companies.
