Minutes

At 1:55 p.m., Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Vern Newby and Sid Fredrickson were present.

Motion by Mr. Newby for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student, second by Mr. Fredrickson, roll call vote: each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 2:20. No action was taken at this time for Student A. This meeting will reconvene October 8 at 4:15 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Newby for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student, second by Mr. Fredrickson, roll call vote: each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session 3:40 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student B to the end of the semester. Student may re-enroll for second semester under a performance and attendance contract; random searches will be allowed, second by Mr. Newby, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m.
