Special Meeting March 22, 2006
4:00 PM Coeur d'Alene School District Board Room

MINUTES

At 4:05 pm, Chair Wanda Quinn called the meeting to order. Trustees Fredrickson and Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: roll call vote; Quinn, Fredrickson, Zipperer, each “yes”.

At 4:45 pm, the meeting returned to open session. Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer that the expulsion of Student A be upheld and enrollment denied until January 17, 2007, pending positive recommendation by the administration, passed 3-0.

At 4:46 pm, the meeting was adjourned.
