MINUTES

At 3:15 PM, Chair Wanda Quinn called the meeting to order. Trustees Newby, Wood, Fredrickson, and Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mrs. Zipperer, second by Mrs. Wood for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (a) to consider hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent: roll call vote; Quinn, Newby, Wood, Fredrickson, and Zipperer, each “yes”.

At 4:10 pm, Mr. Newby left the meeting.

At 4:22 pm, the meeting adjourned.
