Minutes

At 3:45 p.m. Vice-Chair Vern Newby called the meeting to order. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer were present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll Call Vote: Newby, Zipperer, Fredrickson each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:30 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student A for the remainder of the current school year. Student may enroll with IDLA (Idaho Digital Learning Academy) second semester – January 2008. Student may re-enroll beginning with summer school under a strict performance & behavior contract and will be subject to random search/seizure, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.
