Minutes

At 10:02 a.m., Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Diane Zipperer and Sid Fredrickson were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll call vote: Brooks, Zipperer, Fredrickson each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 10:35 a.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student A for the remainder of the year – until September 2008, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m.
