Special Meeting December 4, 2007

Minutes

At 3:35 p.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Christie Wood and Diane Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mrs. Zipperer, second by Mrs. Wood for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student, Roll Call Vote: Brooks, Wood, Zipperer each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 5:55 p.m.

Motion by Mrs. Wood to immediately reinstate Student A under a Plan/Conditions for student’s reinstatement and additionally, a No-Harm Contract, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mrs. Wood to immediately reinstate Student B under a behavior and attendance contract which includes completing all class assignments, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mrs. Wood to immediately reinstate Student C under a behavior and attendance contract which includes completing all class assignments, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mrs. Wood to immediately reinstate Student D under a behavior and attendance contract which includes completing all class assignments, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
