Special Meeting/Work Session - November 14, 2006
5:00 PM Midtown Center Meeting Room

MINUTES

At 5:05 p.m. Chair Vern Newby called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Also present were Edie Brooks, Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Brooks for Executive Session Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (c), to conduct deliberations concerning an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. Roll call vote: Newby, Brooks, Fredrickson, Zipperer each yes. Trustee Wood was absent.

Christie Wood arrived at 5:25 p.m. Sid Fredrickson left the meeting at 6:10 p.m.

The meeting returned to open session and adjourned at 6:40 p.m.

Summary Statement of Executive Session

At 5:05 p.m. in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (c), the Board held an Executive Session to conduct deliberations concerning an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
