Minutes

At 3:50 p.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: Roll Call Vote: Brooks, Fredrickson, Zipperer each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:20 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to immediately reinstate Student A with a behavior and performance contract as determined by the school administration. Student also waives rights regarding random search and seizure, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:22 p.m.
