Minutes

AT 4:02 p.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Vern Newby and Sid Fredrickson were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mr. Newby for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student; Roll Call Vote: Brooks, Newby, Fredrickson each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:45 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Newby to readmit Student A immediately under the terms outlined by School Administration including amendments allowing for random searches and drug testing. Improved academic performance will be expected and student may not comment about this hearing, second by Mr. Fredrickson, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
