Minutes

At 2:08 p.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Christie Wood were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Wood for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student; Roll Call Vote: Brooks, Fredrickson, Wood each “yes”. Trustees Vern Newby and Diane Zipperer were not present.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:10 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student A until the end of the current semester. Student may return at semester pending satisfactory report from probation officer with a behavior and attendance contract. Student may participate in an independent study program through the school from now until the end of the current semester, second by Mrs. Wood, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student B until the end of the current semester. Student may not return to Project CDA this year however, student may apply to Bridge Academy second semester pending satisfactory report from probation officer and satisfaction of behavior contract, second by Mrs. Wood, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student C until the end of the current semester. Student may not return to Project CDA this year however, student may apply to Bridge Academy second semester pending satisfactory report from probation officer and satisfaction of behavior contract, second by Mrs. Wood, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student D for the remainder of the current school year. Student may apply to summer school with a behavior contract, second by Mrs. Wood, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
