Special Meeting/Work Session - October 17, 2006
4:30 PM Midtown Center Meeting Room

MINUTES

At 4:40 p.m. the meeting was called to order by Chair, Vern Newby. Also present were Edie Brooks, Christie Wood, Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, (c) to conduct deliberations concerning labor negotiations or to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. Roll call vote: Newby, Brooks, Wood, Fredrickson, Zipperer each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 6:35 p.m. and adjourned.

Summary Statement of Executive Session

At 4:40 p.m. in accordance with Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (c), the Board held an Executive Session to conduct deliberations concerning an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
