Minutes

At 3:50 p.m., the meeting was called to order by Chair Vern Newby. Trustees Edie Brooks and Christie Wood were also present.

Motion by Mrs. Wood, second by Mrs. Brooks for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: Roll call vote: Newby, Brooks, Wood each “yes”. Trustees Diane Zipperer and Sid Fredrickson did not attend.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:10 p.m.

Motion by Mrs. Wood, second by Mrs. Brooks to expel Student A through the summer with no access to summer school or IDLA. Student may attend partial days in the Fall of 2007 with a behavior contract (a maximum of 3 classes per day) to be determined by administration. Student may not be on campus during lunch and may enroll in IDLA at that time. As assessment will be performed to determine eligibility for full time enrollment for Spring Semester 2008, passed 3-0.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:35 p.m.

Motion by Mrs. Wood, second by Mrs. Brooks that Student B be allowed to enroll at the high school in the Fall of 2007 under a strict performance and behavior contract, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
