MINUTES

At 3:35 PM, the meeting was called to order by Chair, Wanda Quinn. Christie Wood and Sid Fredrickson were also present. Vern Newby and Diane Zipperer were absent.

Award Paper Bid – Motion by Mrs. Wood, second by Mr. Fredrickson to accept the bid recommendation for copy paper purchase, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Wood for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll call vote: Quinn, Fredrickson, Wood each “yes”. Diane Zipperer and Vern Newby were absent.

Possible Action Resulting From Executive Session – At 4:05 PM, the meeting returned to open session. Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student A for the remainder of the school year. Student may attend summer school and return to a district high school in the fall of 2006 under a performance and attendance contract, second by Mrs. Wood, passed 3-0.

Student may re-enroll and participate in summer activities. Student will receive earned credits for the current semester and may return to a district high school in the fall of 2006 under a performance contract, second by Mrs. Wood, passed 3-0.
