Minutes

At 12:34 p.m. the meeting was called to order by Vice-Chair Edie Brooks. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: Roll call vote: Brooks, Fredrickson, Zipperer each “yes”. Trustees Newby and Wood did not attend.

The meeting returned to open session at 1:00 p.m. No action was taken at this time.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: Roll call vote: Brooks, Fredrickson, Zipperer each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 1:25 p.m. No action was taken was taken at this time.

The meeting returned to open session at 1:40 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student A for the remainder of the 2006-07 school year with mandatory attendance at Project CDA Summer School with a performance and behavior contract, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student B for the remainder of the 2006-07 school year with mandatory attendance at Project CDA Summer School with a performance and behavior contract, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
