April 9, 2008 9:00 AM Coeur d'Alene School District Admin. Office

Minutes

At 9:00 a.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Diane Zipperer and Sid Fredrickson were present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student, second by Mrs. Zipperer; Roll Call Vote: Brooks, Zipperer, Fredrickson each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 10:38 a.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to immediately reinstate Student A with a performance, behavior and attendance contract, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to immediately reinstate Student B with a behavior, performance and attendance contract and will be subject to random search and seizure, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student C for the remainder of the school year. Student may enroll in summer school (with a performance, behavior and attendance contract), and will be subject to random search and seizure, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
