Minutes of April 5, 2006 Special Meeting

MINUTES

At 11:08 a.m., the meeting was called to order by Chair, Wanda Quinn. Also present were Christie Wood and Diane Zipperer. Vern Newby and Sid Fredrickson were absent.

Motion by Mrs. Zipperer, second by Mrs. Wood for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll call vote: Quinn, Zipperer, Wood each “yes”.

Return to Open Session – the meeting returned to open session at 11:43 a.m.

Possible Action Resulting From Executive Session – Motion by Mrs. Wood to expel Student A until such time as the administration brings back to the Board for review, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
