Special Meeting March 15, 2006
4:00 PM Coeur d'Alene School District Board Room

MINUTES

At 4:00 p.m., Chair Wanda Quinn called the meeting to order. Trustees Fredrickson and Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: roll call vote; Quinn, Fredrickson, Zipperer, each “yes”.

At 4:15 pm, the meeting returned to open session.

Motion by Mrs. Zipperer, second by Mr. Fredrickson to accept the recommendation of the school administration that Student A be back in school immediately with an academic contract, passed 3-0.

At 4:17 pm, the meeting adjourned.

The Board conducted a student discipline hearing.
