Minutes

At 4:17 p.m. Vice-Chair Vern Newby called the meeting to order. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer were present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student, second by Mrs. Zipperer. Roll Call Vote: Newby, Fredrickson, Zipperer each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 5:02 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to expel Student A for the remainder of the current school year. Student may attend summer school under a performance and behavior contract, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
