Minutes

At 3:50 p.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Vern Newby and Sid Fredrickson were in attendance.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student, second by Mr. Newby. Roll call vote: Brooks, Newby, Fredrickson each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:25 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to arrange an alternative placement for Student A at Anchor House effective through the end of the current school year, second by Mr. Newby, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:27 p.m.
