Special Meeting February 21, 2007

MINUTES

At 3:50 p.m., Chair Vern Newby called the meeting to order. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Diane Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student: Roll Call Vote: Newby, Fredrickson, Zipperer each “yes”. Trustees Edie Brooks and Christie Wood were not in attendance.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:25 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to readmit Student A immediately with a performance contract to be determined by Lake City High School administration. Student and parent may make arrangements to pick up homework assignments.

Mr. Fredrickson withdrew the motion.

Motion by Mrs. Zipperer to readmit Student A on Monday, February 26 with a performance contract to be determined by Lake City High School administration. Student and parent may make arrangements to pick up homework assignments, second by Mr. Newby, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:29 p.m.
