Special Meeting - February 7, 2007
4:00 PM Coeur d'Alene School District Admin. Office

MINUTES

At 4:10 p.m. Chair Vern Newby called the meeting to order. Trustees Christie Wood and Diane Zipperer were also present.

Motion by Mrs. Wood, second by Mrs. Zipperer for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll Call Vote: Newby, Wood, Zipperer each “yes”. Trustees Sid Fredrickson and Edie Brooks were not in attendance.

The meeting returned to open session at 5:00 p.m.

Motion by Mrs. Wood that Student A return to school effective immediately with a contract to be determined by the administration of Woodland Middle School, second by Mrs. Zipperer, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 5:02 p.m.
