Minutes

At 3:45 p.m. Chair Edie Brooks called the meeting to order. Trustees Vern Newby and Sid Fredrickson were also present.

Motion by Mr. Newby, second by Mr. Fredrickson for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll call vote: Brooks, Newby, Fredrickson each “yes”.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:28 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson to immediately reinstate Student A in the Coeur d’Alene School District at Bryan Elementary School and require student to sign a No Harm Contract, second by Mr. Newby, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
