Meet Bryan Martin

Bryan Martin, Director of Maintenance and Facilities, oversees all facility issues and construction projects, including planning and bidding processes. A graduate of St. Maries High School, Martin came to the District in 1994 with more than 17 years of experience with area mechanical contractors, including several years in supervisory capacities. He holds certifications in refrigeration, gas/heating and air conditioning and completed the ThermoKing refrigeration training in Minneapolis. Under his leadership, the District’s maintenance department has initiated many cost-efficiency and energy-savings programs such as motion-sensor lighting, automatic thermostats and heating and air-conditioning controls. He has worked to improve air quality in the buildings and promoted the recycling programs that are in place district-wide.
