In addition to our exemplary status our faculty currently includes the State Journalism Teacher of the Year, Carol MacPhee; State DECA Instructor of the Year, Russ Blank,  and Tom Mollgaard, Assistant Principal of the Year for the State of Idaho.

Our curriculum combines high academic standards and an AB rollover block schedule which allows flexibility and a wide range of offerings for students. We also have an activities program that has twice been named, in the last three years, All Sports Award School for our region in our conference. Our music and drama programs are exemplary, and Sandra Seaton, our drama instructor presently serves as the State Director of Idaho Educational Theatre Association.

We in the Coeur d'Alene School District could not be more proud of our elementary schools, our three middle schools, and the high school systems in our community. Our facilities are the best in the State of Idaho and our community has supported us with bonds for facilities and override levies to help assist us with all operational and maintenance costs.
