Any money collected will count
as $1.00 equals 10 pounds. Students can
erase library fines by bring cans of food each can counts at fifty cents. The
class competition will have prize of breakfast going to the top three
contributing classes. Our goal is to
surpass 60,000 pounds, keeping in the tradition of
November 17th
through the 21st is National Homeless Awareness Week. Key Club will be running a Homeless Supplies
drive in conjunction with the
Softball Open Gym will be
beginning next week very Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 5:00 from now through
February.
LUNCH: Roast Turkey, made to order sub sandwiches,
crispy chicken sandwich, fresh fruit & veggie bar, potato choice, fat free
or low fat milk, daily salad special, soup & sandwich, and fast food choice
COUNSELING CORNER:
ASVAB SIGN-UP The ASVAB will
be given on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. This is an excellent tool designed for
juniors and seniors to determine aptitude and possible future career interests. The ASVAB is free. Please sign up with the counseling secretary
if you are interested.
The
PLAN test will be on Saturday, December 6th. The cost is $15.00. There is a limited amount of test
available. Please sign up in the
counseling center by Tuesday, November 25th. If you have any questions, please see your
counselor.
