To contact Human Resources to request an application or leave a message, please call (208) 664-8241, ext. 238, and leave your name, mailing address and the position title that you are applying for.  Unless specified otherwise, you must submit a completed district application (containing all the required documents) and a letter of interest for each position your are interested in to the Human Resource Department by the closing deadline in order to be considered eligible for a position.  Without exception, all application materials must be received by Human Resources by 1:00 pm on the closing date of the position.

Special Education Teacher - position closes July 14, 2009
Fernan Elementary School - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho for Special Education Generalist K-12.  Preferred candidate will hold an Elementary Education K-8 endorsement and a Special Education endorsement K-12.

POSITIONS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY

Branch Director for TEEN AIDE PROJECT

Employment Months: October 26, 2009 through April 30, 2010

Job Description: Overseeing after-school tutoring program for Lake City High School students.  Some hours are flexible with on-the-job training provided.  Candidates must have a degree and background in education or management.  This position is ideal for retiree supplemental income.

Elementary Head Day Custodian - position closes July 2, 2009
Hayden Kinder Center - To serve as head custodian for the care and cleaning of the schools/buildings in the Coeur d' Alene School District.  Candidates must have experience and/or meet the requirements of a Facility Manager within a 12 month period; to include skills in electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, grounds and HVAC.

 

 

EXTRA/CO-CURRICULAR COACH/ADVISOR POSITIONS

Educational Qualifications:  Preferred candidates will possess or be eligible for an Idaho Teaching Certificate OR hold comparable out-of-state certification, which can be endorsed for employment in Idaho; AND/OR hold an I.H.S.A.A. coaches certification.  Preferred candidates will have successful experience coaching in the above-referenced area. 
Physical Qualifications:  Candidates must be able to successfully demonstrate, teach, control, and coach students at the above-referenced grade levels.
