Lake City High School - Candidates must possess an Idaho Educational Credential endorsed for School Principal, or have a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed for the proffered assignment in Idaho, and a Master's Degree from an accredited institution in the area of School Administration. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience.

CERTIFIED POSITIONS

Applicants with an elementary certification who will be seeking teaching positions in grades K-8 are required to attend a prescreening interview. We are currently scheduling prescreening interviews at this time. Primary Teacher - closes May 21, 2008 (One Year Only)
Dalton Elementary - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in K-8, or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Candidates must have completed a prescreening interview before the closing date and time.

Summer School Teacher - closes May 23, 2008
Project CDA - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in K-8, or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Preferred candidates will have PLATO experience.

Secondary Teacher - closes May 21, 2008
Juvenile Detention Center - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho secondary certification or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Preferred candidates will be endorsed in Math, Social Studies, and/or English and have successful experience in an alternative educational environment working with at-risk students.

Special Education Consulting Teacher - closes May 20, 2008
District Office - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho for Special Education. Preferred candidates will have advanced knowledge of Medicaid reimbursable services and compliance requirements, and advanced knowledge of FAPE.

District Office - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential or have a comparable out-of-state certification, which can be endorsed in Idaho, and have LIPS and LETRS training.

Special Education Teacher (Two Positions Available) - closes May 15, 2008
Lakes Middle School - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in Special Education K-12 and/or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Preferred candidate will have successful experience as a special education teacher working with students with emotional and behavioral problems in an inclusive setting, and have more than one endorsement.

Lake City High School - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in Special Education or have a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Preferred candidates will hold more than one endorsement. Employment will begin with the 2008/2009 school year.

Math Teacher - open until filled
Coeur d' Alene High School - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential with a secondary endorsement in Math or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Preferred candidate will hold more than one endorsement and have an International Baccalaureate certification (IB), and/or interested in becoming International Baccalaureate (IB) certified.

Title I Teacher - closes May 9, 2008
Skyway Elementary - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in K-8, or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Candidates must have completed a prescreening interview before the closing date and time. Preferred candidate will have a strong reading background.

Primary Teacher (Position could be Kindergarten or 1st Grade) - position is closed - Interviewing May 7, 2008
Hayden Meadows Elementary - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in K-8, or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Preferred candidate will have successful experience in Primary Years Programme (PYP). Candidates must have completed a prescreening interview before the closing date and time.

Third Grade Teacher - position is filled
Skyway Elementary - Candidates must possess or be eligible for an Idaho Education Credential endorsed in K-8, or hold a comparable out-of-state certification which can be endorsed in Idaho. Candidates must have completed a prescreening interview before the closing date and time.
