Ms. Char Soucy
We believe in educating the whole
student. Fourth graders at Fernan learn not only the academics, but to become
responsible, respectful citizens of a wider community.
You can find a list of our academic objectives at the Coeur d’Alene School
District website. http://www.cdaschools.org/curriculum/elem_curr.htm
Some of our “unwritten” curriculum includes Conflict resolution skills, working
with others, being responsible for ones own actions, and taking pride in work
that is well done.
This
is where the action is!
Fourth graders become experts on the state of Idaho
We study Idaho History, Native People, and Geography
Fourth Graders master the basic multiplication and division facts and move on to
higher math processes such as long division and algebra.

In science we study plant and animal adaptations,
the Earth, the moon, and space, and Geology...
in other words, 4th grade Rocks!
Here are some of the links that will help for the fourth grade!
