Fernan's ABC's
Act
Responsibly Be Respectful Choose Safety
In the 2005-2006 school year,
Fernan implemented its ABC’s We believe that if students are following the ABC’s they will be
successful and cooperative learners and citizens. We also have a character
education program that teaches the traits of responsibility, respect,
caring, human rights, honesty, cooperation, excellence, and perseverance. We
are fortunate to have an active PTA that sponsors events such as the
Back-to-School Open House, Fernando's Ristorante (spaghetti dinner and
fundraiser), and academic programs such as the Invention Convention, and
Spelling and Geography Bees. The PTA’s efforts also provide financial
support for every teacher and their students.
