Kelly supervises the Human Resources department and all its functions. She is your direct contact for any type of employee concern, including grievances, harassment or discrimination issues, and conflict resolution. Kelly also handles employment offer letters and contracts, preparation of the district calendar, certification and salary inquiries, and is the hiring administrators first contact when opening a position.

Lisa coordinates the recruitment, selection and hiring of employees for the district. She is responsible for assisting applicants and candidate search teams through the application process, receiving and documenting all applications, maintaining databases, coordinating job fairs and creating recruiting materials, and updating the HR website.
