All students establish a Four-Year Plan, select one of six Career Pathways, and explore career options. The pathways include: Health Services, Arts and Communications, Industrial and Engineering, Human Resources, Natural Resources, and Business and Management. An interest inventory is taken by all students via Career Finder software. High School councilors help 8th graders to establish a Four-Year Plan and select elective classes that support career pathway.
