The Board of Trustees may call meetings as necessary in accordance with Idaho Code 33-510 and 67-2343. 

Minutes are posted to the website after Board approval, (this occurs after the following month's board meeting).  The Clerk of the Board posts minutes within 3 - 4 working days after the Monday night regular Board meeting.

Regular School Board meetings are broadcast on CDATV Channel 19, for Time Warner subscribers.  Patrons may request an audio CD recording of previous regular Board meetings for a fee of $5.  DVDs of previous regular Board meetings may be obtained for a fee of $25.  Please contact the Clerk of the Board, Lynn Towne for recordings of Board meetings. 208.664.8241 or ltowne@cdaschools.org

Minutes are available for Special meetings of the Board or Board workshops; only regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are audio/video recorded.
