MINUTES

At 9:30 am, Chair Wanda Quinn called the meeting to order. Trustees Newby, Wood, Fredrickson, and Zipperer were also present.

Discussion and Possible Action re: National School Boards Association Annual Conference Travel

Mr. Newby opened the discussion of the decision made at a prior meeting to cancel all travel to the NSBA conference in April. He noted the benefits of such conferences, the commitments already made, and asked for reconsideration, perhaps toward a limited number of attendees this year.

After conversation about the decision to not attend the NSBA conference this year, and to cancel all reservations and registrations, there was discussion about the strategic budgeting model, reconfirming the date of April 19th for the upcoming budget workshop.

At 9:50 am, the meeting adjourned.
