Special Meeting March 20, 2007
Coeur d'Alene School District Admin. Office 3:45 PM

MINUTES

At 3:44 p.m. Chair Vern Newby called the meeting to order. Trustees Edie Brooks and Sid Fredrickson were also present.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson, second by Mrs. Brooks for Executive Session: Idaho Code 67-2345, Subsection (b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent or public school student. Roll Call Vote: Newby, Brooks, Fredrickson each “yes”. Trustees Christie Wood and Diane Zipperer were not in attendance.

The meeting returned to open session at 4:05 p.m.

Motion by Mr. Fredrickson that Student A return to school effective immediately, second by Mrs. Brooks, passed 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 4:08 p.m.
